"I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company and the staff that work there. I brought in my cat last minute because he wasn’t doing well and they were able to make his last minutes calm and peaceful. His passing was surrounded by the caring technicians and vet. Their support staff really made me feel like they cared about me and wanted to help me process this difficult time. If you are unfortunate like me and have to put one of our animals down I would hands down recommend Premier."

"My cat had decided to swallow something she shouldn't have, nearly died in my arms prior to our visit. They were kind and compassionate and got us in immediately when we walked in. The vet was extremely understanding, gave us her honest opinion and didn't try to nickel and dime us. She laid out our options, told us what she thought was essential and what we could probably skip. We were able to pick the services we wanted to do based on cost/risk factors. The price was even less than we had been expecting. They waited while we acquired funding and kept us in a room, not kicking us out until we could decide/fund the services. My only reservations for the final star would be the lack of payment arrangement options. I understand the reasoning to an extent but feel anywhere that charges 200+ for the exam plus all the additional things(initially over 1k, though like I said we were able to pick and choose what to do) should have a payment arrangement option."

"I came in a couple months back with my VERY sick Chinese Cave Gecko and had a really good experience at Premier Vet Group. I have a really hard time finding vets that will take in reptiles, especially one as uncommon as this species. The outlook was not great and I went in knowing this fact, and they were honest and communicated that fact but still did their absolute best. I did end up taking him home after one overnight care session because I didn’t have the funds to continue, but the help they gave my cave gecko helped him to try his best for survival with me. I have very limited veterinary knowledge but I did what I could and now, two-three months later, my gecko is doing pretty good! So I definitely will be back for any other issues I have with him or my other reptiles."

"We rushed our dog here last week after he collapsed at home. We called in advance to let them know what happened. When my husband arrived with our dog, he went in and told them we thought he was gone, but the whole team came out to check on him in the car, and then brought him inside. Unfortunately he was gone before he arrived, but the team was so kind and helpful and walked my husband though everything. They gave us some coloring books to help our young kids though the loss of their pet. When we picked up his ashes less than a week later, they again were so kind. Thank you for being apart of such a hard time for our family."
