"it is so funny disgusting history!! I got a free trial course there and I enjoyed it what I expected . After my free trial course ,manager( she said that she is a manager but I don’t know who was she)told me that they have a promotions for 3 months and I was interested it in that time but couldn’t make a decision to go or not because the location was far a away from my home . I told her my situations that I am still not sure but she said “ we need your information bc you attended to the free trial course and she took my all information and credit card number there and registered me on her computer then I left. After that I felt something wrong in my home and next day I called her and told her I found out another closer branch in glenview or to transfer there but she said it is not available. She said that I couldn’t cancel your membership right now and wait 3 months after that I can cancel it for you and I gave them back my gloves , bag everything free from them and I was waiting for 3 months for cancellation but the money was charged from my bank account. The following her advice after 3 months I called to the my bank for disputing. Now they gave me to the collections agency for $1000!!!! How dare you guys it is unbelievable!!!! The contract was made by in cheating way!!!! Where is your business ethics? I attended only once …. I called them the contract was made in fraudulently!!! But they said “ you signed already”!!!! So i would like to ask them that is it a really good way to take other peoples money from them like this???"

"9Round Northbrook is a wonderful addition to the Northbrook community. It provides a great workout that changes everyday and always a trainer to guide you along the way. The owner, Louisa, is beyond kind and personable and all of the trainers are supportive and knowledgeable. The 30-minutes go by so quickly. It has become my therapy for the day! Give it a try as I know you will fall in love with the experience just as I have for all of these years!"

"Everything was going well with the gym until I discovered that they were continuing to charge me for a few months after I had canceled my membership. While the sign-up process was simple, canceling proved to be quite challenging. I feel that the staff misled me and charged me for two months of service, even though I hadn't used the gym during that time. If you're considering using this gym, I would recommend ensuring that you receive written confirmation of your cancellation to avoid any issues."

"Two years out from having a baby and one year out from major surgery and needless to say I was a little nervous to join any gym let alone a boxing one. My second time at 9Round today and I am blown away by the experience. Schedule flexibility is so nice, facility is clean and the instructor (Louisa) has been awesome. Great energy and really made me feel welcomed. Needed a way to get stress out and this definitely cuts it. Can’t wait to go back. 100% recommend!"
