"I would’ve given this place 5 stars but after my daughter told me how she was treated by the staff in summer camp never again !!! If you enroll your kids make sure you ask them everyday how camp is and the staff. My daughter was happy to go for a while then noticed after a while a change she didn’t want to go wasn’t happy. Staff apparently only pay attention to certain kids and the rest the don’t really interact with or mistreat!! I will definitely be reporting this facility we pay way too much money for our kids to be mistreated at a camp. I would look elsewhere !!!"
"I liked this place until today. I showed up with my son to possibly obtain a free pass to play basketball. The woman to the left has very poor customer service skills(older woman with blonde streaks in her hair) she looked up at us then looked back down and said “if you guys need day passes we’re not giving them out” 1.) she didn’t even call us to the desk. 2.)no eye contact 3.)looked down the whole time she said it Perhaps good customer service would’ve been: 1.)acknowledge us and call us up to desk 2.) ask what we needed 3.) and say “sorry but at the moment there are no day passes available” It was just horrible customer service. Hoping it’s better for my next visit."
"Joined this gym for a few months so me and my daughter would have a safe place to workout. Pros: -Nice track where you can run/walk/jog -Teens can workout alone if they complete the orientation -Very family friendly environment Cons: -Machines are very old and a lot don't work. For ex. all of the water bottle holders on the ellipticals are broken, leg machine Velcro strap doesn't work, etc -Parents don't respect not allowing kids (young kids after daycare closes) in the cardio room and it doesn't seem safe them running around in there -Kids classes end at age 14 but all of the workout classes for adults start at 16+. My daughter is 15 and I don't want to keep asking for exceptions... -Cost is too high for what the facility offers Overall I think this place is best for families or parents with young children. Just was not for me! Also no one ever asked why I wanted to cancel they just cancelled my membership (easy process btw which I appreciated). You'd think a place would want feedback to improve in the future possibly, but nope."
"For the amount of money that they’re charging you would think that this gym is well maintained. But sadly that’s not the case, this gym needs major updates. A lot of the machines are out of order. Some of machines are rusting and squeaking. This gym needs new machines!! Also there’s a lot of water leaking into the building. Very disappointed with this YMCA!!!"
"I enjoy going here regularly. I have a three month old daughter who can stay at the childcare center there, and the women who work there are so kind and giving. Also I love the diversity of age and different people that attend this YMCA- it makes for a lot of really interesting and fun conversations. Looking forward to getting into the pool and the fitness classes."
