"My child was in this daycare only 2 months and in that last month I barely even sent him, from how horrible our experience was!! Every single day he cried, and begged not to stay when I dropped him off. This was not his first daycare, and he NEVER cried at his last one. He’s usually very outgoing and easy to leave with sitters. He had potty accidents twice and each time, I picked him up with his pants and underwear still wet! I sent extra clothes and they never even attempted to change him! I spoke to the director about it, and she assured me, that it wouldn’t happen again, and she would make sure he got changed if he had another accident. And then IT HAPPENED AGAIN the following week!!! I recently had another baby and most definitely will NOT be using this daycare! I would NOT recommend it. They are also small and cramped and not very clean looking either. His pre-k teacher Erika was rude and wouldn’t say hi, nor even acknowledge our presence when we would enter her room, nor relay how my child’s day went at the end of the day. There was also a day where Upon pick up, a little girl was crying alone in the dark in the restroom, and I had to tell a teacher to check on her!!! There was only one teacher, (the older kids all go to her in the early mornings, before their main teacher comes) who was nice. Unfortunately I forgot her name. Overall it was a Horrible experience. And I feel guilty for ever putting my child in such a place."
