The ring asked me to change my bad review. Then we got the new ring in and lo and behold the same diamond is loose again do not buy from this store or in general Kay’s jewelry. Btw this is my new review."

"I’ve been with Kay’s for 2 years now. My fiancé proposed with the most beautiful ring. I love my ring, wouldn’t wanna trade it for anything. BUT here’s the PROBLEM, ever since I’ve had the ring I’ve had the same issue with the same diamond 5 times! 5 times I’ve had to send my ring off in under a year. Was then TOLD I was eligible for a replacement ring which meant I got a BRAND NEW ring. Got my NEW RING today. Haven’t had it for 3 hours and the SAME DIAMOND is loose! I just wanna wear my ring without issues! I’m tired of sending it off. I just wanna wear it without constant worry of something happening."
