"Entered this store on November 22, 2023 after a brief internet search for women’s boutiques near downtown Cape. Although there were several people in the store, not one person acknowledged me or greeted me. This treatment was surprising because this is a very small store in a small town. Makes me question their security measures. It was not possible to miss me as a potential customer in such a small, small place so my perception is that it was intentional. As I was browsing I was almost run over by a worker on a scooter who seemed surprised to see me. Again, not welcoming me to the store nor asking if I needed assistance. I was from out of state and looking for something dressier than I had with me to wear to an unexpected function for which I was not prepared. I suspect they have a small clientele and are not interested in expanding their market. Searched again for boutiques, visited another one close by. Purchased 4 items from the other boutique. The staff at the second boutique was helpful as one would normally expect."
