So what a great way to challenge myself in front of a large mirror and a group of people. "My 8 year son has been going here for almost 2 years now. They really have a great kid program! Prior to this school, my son tried at 2 different trial martial classes (taekwondo) but didn't feel right. We found that Wing Tsun is really effective. Right off the bat, they teach kids how to respond to strangers/dangers with practicing with the grown up (instructors). Sifu Eric, especially, is very dedicated and attentive to make kids become stronger, fitter and skillful with not only practicing Wing Tsun forms and tecniques, but also having fun with exercises and games.
