"If I could give zero stars, I would. There is no contact number, the way I read an official response by owner to some one else's review was nasty and unprofessional,as well as sounded like excuses for why they don't properly do their job. Just got called by an animal control unit last night and a few months ago for two separate dogs that were brought in to the sanctuary back in February, the animal control unit stated the chip had not been reregistered by the sanctuary and all the info still belonging to my fiance, since the dogs that had been adopted off to new homes it should've been done and never was."
"So far incomplete. The woman who was attending the dogs was friendly but told us they were closed until March 1st. She was nice enough to give us an application. She told us she would try and get someone to reach out via our email. I will then email them my app. We went on Sunday the only day they were listed as being open. We at least got to see the dogs. They all look healthy and well cared for. Ashame no adopting is going on."
"We've now adopted three dogs from Waggin Tails and they've all been great. Sheila and Diana always answer fast and are very helpful. They want to make sure you're paired up with the right dog for you and your circumstances. Waggin Tails is completely volunteer run, so be sure to make an appointment to visit before you go to make sure someone will be there."
"I have attempted to get a response for 2 weeks, and nothing. Sent several emails, called and even went from Lubbock to Anton to meet a puppy, but nothing absolutely NOTHING no response no one was at this place looked issolated and abandoned, so sad to see all those dogs and a few horses in the middle of nowhere with no attention as I was there for 1 hour waiting for someone to come out or answer our phone calls. My boys were very sad and disappointed that they didn’t even get to meet Rico the puppy they feel in love with online, we had to drive back to Lubbock with 3 sad heart broken boys. Very unprofessional, definitely not reliable and they should give all those animals to a institution that will care for them and find them a good home."
"I found this shelter on Petfinder.com and was drawn to one of the dogs I saw there. He'd been there for nine years! He's shy, but he walks nicely on a leash and is housebroken. He ignores my cats, so I consider him a win! Diane responded to my emails promptly, and Sheila the volunteer was there to meet me to help make introductions. The place is in the middle of nowhere, but you can tell that every effort is made to keep these animals safe and socialized. They do what they can with what they have. I'll definitely recommend them to others."
