"I love visiting this location because of the customer service by one employee in particular. I’ve encountered a female employee there and when I asked if she worked there, she answer with “what do you need.” I’ve also had similar experiences in St. Charles, it seems like people don’t want to work anymore. However, there is an older male employee there who is very kind and friendly. He helped me use my Petco gift card and always says hello to my one-year old daughter. I really appreciate his customer service and his helpful character. I think his name might be Christopher, thanks Christopher!"

"The store is okay. Front register service is a bit slow, and during my recent visit I noticed the aquatics department was not well kept. A lot of alage growing on tanks and decorations and even saw a couple of dead fish floating around."

"I bought a toy that I thought for sure my dog would not destroy. Well it took him about 3 hours and he completely dismantled it. They were really nice and understanding with giving me a complete refund."

"Okay Petco, they should take care of their live pets better. Fish tanks are often not clean and many dead fishes. All retailers are often short staffed so I can see why this is happening. More priority should be given to live pets."
