"This is a Spanish business. The TV is set to spanish shows with spanish subtitles instead of English. There supposedly is no bathroom as I was told. But I find that hard to believe that you are in the customer service business with a waiting room but no bathroom. I looked online and it says they do have a bathroom. I'm 8 months pregnant and you still did not have the courtesy to let me use the bathroom. Nobody greeted me and my bf not even Tina she just looked at us. You booking 3 or more people for the same appointment time when it looks like Tina is the only one who does the tax work. She is only one person so how is she supposed to handle 3 or more people at one time for the same appointment time. Doesn't make sense. People sitting past their appointment time. I was really hoping to add a good review but how could I."
