"I found Lemus Business services through an instagram influencer who reported having “great experience ” with this company and the 1099 tax return process. When I contacted them, I made an online appointment with Brandon Castro. My appointment time rolled around and I never got the link to join. I called the office and was told “he forgot” so I rescheduled the appointment. I got the link for the second appointment and was told that my husbands application would need to be mailed in so we would need to do an extension. I then got NO communication for an update. I called back and requested my case be transferred to Daniel Lemus thinking I’d get better care. Daniel sat with us and completed our w-7 and 1099 tax return and it was submitted promptly to the IRS. The IRS has since returned a letter stating our W-7 was missing information. I have called Daniel and his office on various occasions for two weeks now. I finally had to give up and call the IRS to see what my options were. I was able to get a live person from the IRS on the phone before I was able to get a callback from Daniel. THAT SAYS ALOT. The IRS person stated our w-7 was completed by “someone who doesn’t know” how to complete them properly because it was completed wrong. And still NO callback from Daniel. Spend your money elsewhere."
