"No one enjoys NEEDING a plumber, however these guys are top notch! Customer service was fantastic both on the office side and the technicians! They would send text messages daily with a picture of who was coming and a bit about them. They were here when they said they would be and didn't leave us waiting. When they were here they were extremely professional and friendly. They were quick and listened to us and gave multiple quotes/ solutions to our problem. They even talked with the city which also decreased our cost and increased the longevity of their work. I have had really bad experiences with over priced plumbing companies and that's what I expected. They even saw and corrected what a previous plumber had done and corrected it at minimal cost. "My experience with Baker & Sons was great from the beginning. Kendra in the office was pleasant and she answered all of my questions. She assured me that someone would be there that day, or the next day at the latest. That day I was visited by Dane Shannon who was very personable. He gave me quotes and explained my options and their service before, during and after the job. The following day, Darryl Jackson showed up on time. He was a real pleasure. He got right to work and installed a new hot water heater and then two bathroom faucets. He did a great job! They communicated each step. Baker & Sons is probably not the least expensive in town, but their customer service was top notch! Will use again."
