Construction delivered quality services and reasonable prices (and yes, you can negotiate the price with Josh and he is willing to give you a good price). We had all my roof, some of my soffits, and shed house roof replaced within 1 day. They were detail oriented and they made sure everything was done right. Josh and his crews were very hardworking and very efficient in getting the job done, with lifetime warranty on my roof. Not only so, his crew members were polite, and respectful. They even used a magnetic stick to pick up all the nails from the ground, cleaned up all the old shingles and plywood from the roof as soon as they finished the roof jobs.
