"I was the unfortunate recipient of an object in my tire on the highway and immediately pulled off the road at the next exit to assess the situation. My wife quickly got on the phone and was lucky enough to find bulk tire and repair Solutions phone number and they were less than two blocks away. It was early in the morning and the beginning of their work day but Bryan answered the phone and assured us he could get us handled and back on the road. True to his word when we pulled in his parking lot his Tech Robert immediately grab my keys and began pulling in the vehicle to address the tire issue. Robert was quick to find the leak but didn't stop there he continued to inspect the tire and found out there was a second screw in the tire and promptly fixed them both. I was grateful that they use a plug and patch for the repair which is the only permanent way to correctly fix a tire. I appreciated Robert's attention to detail and Bryan's willingness to get us right in and back on the road. If you're ever in the area I would recommend giving bulk tire and repair Solutions a try.
