"I contacted Russ in February and paid $500 down for numerous small repairs I needed done before listing my home. 2 months later he had barely touched the work and had numerous no-shows. He repeatedly told me the work would be done “tomorrow,” but tomorrow never came (at least 6 times he told me this and didn’t show up). I had to fire him and have the work completed by someone else so I could sell the house. He asked for my new address in April to forward me a refund. It’s now August. I’ve still not received it and he ignored my follow-up about it. Needless to say, I do not expect to ever receive it."
