"First off, I called as soon as they opened to ask if reservations were required. I was told no. Nothing else was mentioned. When we arrived all courts were taken with school practice. We were told to wait until a spot became available by placing our racquets on the wall. Once it did 30 min later, a team of girls had taken our spot. They were asked to let us play first, but we were told we could only have the court for 30 minutes. On the website it says 2 hrs of play - unless they have schools practicing?? Not sure what we paid for but 30 min wasn't even enough time to warm up properly."

"As I have seen posted by others, the front desk was very rude. And they never bothered to tell us the rules of the queue until we asked. And when we asked for a racket rental and we didn’t know what kind to get, she gave us a condescending smirk. Yet I’m sure despite all the comments on her nothing will happen to her. This place also has the most convoluted queue system. Rather than based on time, i’ts based on number of games. Has no one ever thought that maybe some people don’t know how to play or are only there for fun or to practice? Has no one seriously thought that games take different times? Has no one ever thought that without a standard time slot, that there is no enforcement of their game rule— how am I supposed to know that the group before me is actually not finished with their game but is staying longer than they should? When I went it was just me and my wife, and we shared the court with another two people. And per the rules we had to play a game even though they were way more advanced than us and it wasn’t fun for us or them. And so we ended up respectfully leaving the game, thus losing our spot in the queue. Unbelievable that their policy is to force you to play a game. And when we talked with the front desk, her rude response was to come back during a non-busy time. So I have to tailor my schedule just to enjoy what should be a family friendly place where all players of any skill level are treated equally? And no despite what the front desk said, not all badminton places operate under the same queue system. We will now be going to another badminton place that we’ve been to and that we know have a time based queue system and treat their customers respectfully."

"The place is clean and well maintained and the staff was nice and helpful about answering my question regarding their shoe policy. The people that play there were also super nice, and me and my friend were able to play pick up games with them. The walk in price of $12 isnt bad as well and their is no time limit if im not mistaken."
