"Sensei Touati, is tough and great all at the same time. He really works on you good and when he says this is a challenge be prepared, he’s definitely going to deliver a challenge. His wife is very helpful and super friendly (so is the Sensei), but all in all the husband and I enjoy the work outs and we are working are darn-nest to complete this 16 weeks challenge with a healthy outlook, and the knowledge going forward to stay on track and not get lazy or fluffy again. Thank T Elite for literally coming into are neighborhood and offering your services it is much appreciated. One more thing the Sensei daughter is a lot more tougher than him. Just kidding they are equally tough and good at what they teach."
