This club is not a cookie cutter boxing gym that you can just go to, the team cares about teaching the proper mechanics of how to throw a punch and how to defend on attacks. As you progress and level up, you have the option to start sparring with the team. All ages (kids, teenagers, adults) and all levels are welcome, from beginners to amateurs and professionals. Coach Paco welcomes you like your family but challenges you to be better at boxing."
