"If you charge high fees as professional services then you should have professional instructors. they have underpaid ( i been told by two of the instructors) high school students as an instructor and my kid class already had changed 4 instructors within 3 months . And another good news is current one is leaving too. and cherry on the top is these instructors are very unprofessional. The couple who been longer , they get complaints about those instructors often but they can’t do anything because they are understaffed plus none good ones stays with them more than 4 to 6 months. Don’t waste your money because this company not looking to improve at all."

"I could not be happier our three year old daughter, with no swimming experience, began her swimming journey at Chicago Swim School in Arlington Heights. She started her first class terrified and cried for the entire lesson. She is now a little fish that asks for swim class every day. The transformation has been such a neat experience to witness as a parent. No question this is directly related to Chicago Swim School specifically. I've been blown away by the patience, kindness and differentiated instruction demonstrated by the instructors. They are sensitive, dedicated and very talented. The communication has been top notch. I love using the app and would recommend Chicago Swim School to anybody looking for an all-star swim experience for their toddler."

"As many of the reviews below point out about their billings, abusing the credit card on file and not refunding the money, we had similar experience. I am reporting them to BBB as I have given them a chance to refund our money. This place is not safe that is why we pulled our child out after two classes. Read the feedback from their own former employee about safety."

"I would strongly recommend avoid this place as they are not ethical in their dealings. They will take your credit card and keep billing you even you cancel. We had experience where we cancelled it and they billed us after a week. The reason according to them is we never fill out cancellation form which they claim they sent us when we inform them on phone for cancellation. Secondly, they will refer you to contract that you sign which they never give you a copy of it. I never had experience where cancellation has to be on a form and as per Illinois law verbal cancellation is acceptable. After the owner committed that she will issue refund, we followed up but no one call us back. We had to stop the payment with our Credit Card company and filed a dispute report."

"We love Chicago Swim School!!! I have been taking my 3 kids here. They have been attending for almost 7 months now. From super friendly and attentive staff, professional swim coaches to a great facility! I have been satisfied with their Covid precautions, I see staff often cleaning high touch areas with disinfectant, also floors, changing rooms and bathrooms always have been very clean in my experience. My kids are progressing very well and love it very much!! They are quite popular and get booked up and often have waiting list for attendance. Very pleased and highly recommend!!!"
