"Where do we start? The place in an industrial park, so there is about 5 parking spots, if you park on the street, you'll get a ticket. As I was pulling up, the Naperville police were issuing tickets. All the other businesses have signs stating they will tow you if you park in their spots. When you walk in, the place ONLY takes cash. They won't use a cc app or even cash app. Inside the place is very small, nowhere to sit, alot of people had to stand. They have a small concession stand with some Expensive food. Lastly they have the audacity to charge you $10 dollars for this. If you can drop your kid and leave, do it."
"Loud facility!!!! Bathrooms NASTY.... Nice poop on a baby diaper toilets don't flush and doors don't shut. Makes porta pottys look good."
"Very crowded with limited seating! Great atmosphere but very loud and absolutely no parking! Hospitable staff and quality reffing."
"If I could leave no stars, I would. My son had a basketball tournament this past Saturday and my toddler had to potty. My wife took our child into the women’s bathroom and each of the stalls had tons of blood in them and were stopped up. There was also so much tissue all over the floor. The men’s bathroom was no better. We were there from 3pm to 8pm and not once did anyone clean it. Also, the young yt guy who takes payment was not welcoming at all. Newsflash, but we live in a world of diversity. Hire teenagers/young people that smile and hire people to clean the facility. If your facility is racist, don’t rent it out. If our son plays here again, none of our friends and family will come back."
"Payment options for entry are Venmo or cash. No cc. No ATM. Concession stand is cash only... Guys, put on your business big boy pants, prepare to pay the 3% payment gateway fee and get a card reader. Avoid this place until they get it together. Happy to change my rating once these basics are in place."
