"Amazing New Year’s Day experience at Rise. Nadja hosted an awesome yoga mala 108 sun salutation class. She makes class super enjoyable and really helps us dig deep into our yoga practice. Nadja also made 108 sun salutations feel doable too. Another benefit of this yoga studio is their studio mascot Coco. Coco greets everyone on their mats and adds to the welcoming environment."
