"I love this place. Everybody is always so nice and efficient. They are very professional with kindness. Easy to get appts, wait time is limited, and they can do limited xrays and testing onsite. I very much recommend this specific location. I've used it amost a dozen times starting during early covid days due to exposures for testing."

"Visited this location for my 3 1/2 year-old who needed stitches. He was obviously very upset, but everyone in the office was very welcoming and helpful. I cannot say enough positive things about Elodie Schembri! She helped my son feel at ease and explained everything she did as she did it. She was so sweet to my son and my youngest child and really helped a very scary situation go smoothly. We will 100% come back to this location anytime we need an urgent care. Thank you all!"

"Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk lady. She was cutting me off mid-sentence. She text me about my insurance but didn’t respond when I asked if I should change my appointment. When I called she had a chip on her shoulder as if I were to already know the information she was telling me. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any PIC. I will never trust this location with my care. If this is the attitude they allow in the front office, I can only imagine how rude and disrespectful the rest of the staff must be. ETA: I called another PIC and they verified that my insurance is, in fact, in-network (which I already knew because I have been to several locations over the past few years). So this front desk lady was either lying about my insurance or too lazy to add another appointment to their day. Either way, I do NOT recommend the Plainfield location on route 59. Save yourself the headache of dealing with her and choose another location. ANY other location."

"I recently fell and hurt my wrist and was concerned it might be broken. Having spent 7-8 hours at the ER previously I did not want to go back there. I was seen very promptly, and taken care of within an hour here. Everybody was friendly and helpful and made my experience so good . I would definitely recommend physicians immediate care."

I didn't have to wait long when I arrived & all the staff was friendly & professional. The facility was bright & clean & welcoming. I had a positive experience & will return here if I need an urgent cars in the future."
