"Margot looked me dead in the face like a deer in the headlights when I asked for two ring sizers since we wanted to add and additional band to my ring set, then she proceeded to tell me my rings that I bought in store were size 6 and 6 1/2 apparently by me explaining to her I needed two sizers together she had to get another employee who verified my rings were size 7 then we wanted to purchase and additional band for three bands together and was brought a completely different band, I had to walk the associate over to the band that was sitting in the display case, I had my jewelry inspection and left to the kay outlet to purchase my additional band, just cause it was late in the day does not make it ok for them to just want to sit for the rest of the night and not provide excellent service to customers that have been coming to kay for years!! With every question we asked Margot she either ignored us or responded w something totally off subject!!"
