"Margot looked me dead in the face like a deer in the headlights when I asked for two ring sizers since we wanted to add and additional band to my ring set, then she proceeded to tell me my rings that I bought in store were size 6 and 6 1/2 apparently by me explaining to her I needed two sizers together she had to get another employee who verified my rings were size 7 then we wanted to purchase and additional band for three bands together and was brought a completely different band, I had to walk the associate over to the band that was sitting in the display case, I had my jewelry inspection and left to the kay outlet to purchase my additional band, just cause it was late in the day does not make it ok for them to just want to sit for the rest of the night and not provide excellent service to customers that have been coming to kay for years!! With every question we asked Margot she either ignored us or responded w something totally off subject!!"

"The sales team is great. Hannah helped me narrow down my search and gave me some perspective on putting together a gold set that fits my style. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't rush me. The store selection is great too, most jewelry stores cater to women and don't have much for mens peices, but Kay has plenty of great peices to elevate your look."
"The ONLY Jewelry place you should buy from! Ask for Cassidy, she is an EXCELLENT sales person and very cool girl to talk to. She's been extremely helpful, patient and friendly with me and my wife through our marriage journey by helping us choose her engagement ring, wedding band/rings and some other gifts. I hope to see her grow with the company and one day she becomes a store manager or why not a regional manager. I will definitely keep coming back."
