"Went to adopt a cat I had put a hold on, and the workers were very rude and acted like we were an inconvenience to her. She immediately wanted us to give her the money and start signing stuff but we asked to meet the cat before adopting and she responded “well I don’t have time to sit here and play, we’re short staffed”. We didn’t even end up getting the cat because I knew basically nothing about her or her personality and wasn’t given any time to socialize with her before adopting. Workers are all very rude and overall this was a horrible experience won’t be adopting a cat from petsmart again."

"Dropped my dogs off for a grooming. They had been there before and everything had always been perfectly fine. This time, not so much. Completely new staff then there was before. They didn't listen to any of our health or safety concerns for our dogs. They didn't complete the grooming. And our dogs came out very anxious. I would not recommend any dogs with anxiety or health issues going there (or really any dog)."

"I understand it's Saturday and y'all had a rescue there. However I don't think it's that hard to have someone clean up when the trash is full or at least cover or clean up pee spots. Walked through store for bout half an hour for the event today, doing my normal shopping as well, and there were multiple piles of pee around the store. I get it, puppies have accidents. But you have people walking straight through pee and trailing it around the store. And the trash shouldn't be piling onto the floor in the bathrooms."
