"Mission was the perfect fit for our multi sport athlete to continue to work on her volleyball game while also playing travel softball. Owner Kelly was always responsive, respectful and available if needed. Standards and expectations are set at the beginning of the season meeting - and while they stick to those rules to maintain order- there’s also a level of compassion and family and they embody their motto- One Team, One Family fully. We were lucky enough to age up with Coach Cass and play with her for 2+ years. She is kind, well-composed, passionate, relatable to the teen girls, and yet still has the heart of a teacher. The skills and confidence that our daughter developed under her showed on and off the court- for which we are forever grateful. If you’re looking for a family, a club where you aren’t just a number, Mission is for you."

"We signed up our daughter for a session. The price was $1,895. We found out later this very expensive price didn’t even include other fees or the uniform package which costs $320. We ended up paying over $2,200. Also, the credit card processing fee was $51.24, which in my mind is over the top. The session only had 4 one day tournaments in it and only included 4 hours of practice a week. One of the 4 tournaments she wasn’t even able to play all the games because some teams didn’t show up. That same tournament was on Super Bowl Sunday and the refs were telling the girls to hurry up so they could go home. It also included a tournament in the Dells above the 4 tournament days. I have 5 children and we have been in multiple travel sports and this program, by far, gives you the least service for the money. I would go as far to say that this program is a rip off. I’m not sharing my dismay for this organization with my daughter because she loves her coaches and considering there is still another tournament, I don’t want my disappointment to affect her."

"As an adult associated with this facility, I was belittled, talked down to and disrespected by the owner. The environment is hostile and toxic, like a sorority as another reviewer stated on the BBB website. Did not feel this club is in it for the overall well being of the child, but rather status and money. I witnessed poor sportsmanship by Mission team parents and that too was a disappointment. Atmosphere at the facility is dark and dingy."

"Very displeased. This is a club program. They will sell you on all this coaching and experience, then give your 14 year old daughters coaches that have NEVER coached before! The coaches will show up at the games not dressed in team apparel. Playing around and everything is funny. Have the referee down off the stand multiple times. Get yellow cards for not having your kids back on the court. More interested in dancing with them and yelling, “woot woot”! (How unprofessional!) Have no idea whats going on with score! We had multiple scoring errors and the coach was oblivious. One of them was a 3 point swing. They took 2 from us and gave the other team 1!! How does that even happen??!! ALL ON VIDEO!! She kept looking over to the parents for answers. ALL ON VIDEO! WE RECORD EVERY MINUTE OF OUR GAMES. When this behavior was brought to the attention of the club, the response is, “well we have trouble finding coaching.” You didnt mention this when selling us on your club and all your experience. Girls going into High school next year SHOULD NOT be coached by someone with ZERO coaching experience. Coaches with less experience coach players with less experience! This is how it has always been. ESPECIALLY AT THIS LEVEL!! We choose the wrong club. They fooled us. Our daughter can start on any club team at her level. This isnt a parent with a kid that's no good crying about playing time or whatever. This is s parent with a daughter that has already been prepped to play varsity her freshman year."
