"Highly recommend. Been taking their adult kickboxing classes since last winter and loved it from the start. They have several options from martial arts, to competitive kickboxing, for kids starting at age 4 to adults. Family atmosphere with knowledgeable instructors. Very patient with beginners and everyone helps each other out. Every class is high intensity, teaches correct form, and able to blend all levels while keeping it challenging for those with more experience."

"Our son started there a few months ago during a free trial period they were promoting. He loves his instructors/sensei. He is only four years old and everyone there is super supportive and helpful. He walked in two parades this summer with the entire Z's family and had a blast! This place is very welcoming and our son has learned so much so far. It is also inspiring to watch the older kids and adults there. There is something for all ages."
