"Highly recommend. Been taking their adult kickboxing classes since last winter and loved it from the start. They have several options from martial arts, to competitive kickboxing, for kids starting at age 4 to adults. Family atmosphere with knowledgeable instructors. Very patient with beginners and everyone helps each other out. Every class is high intensity, teaches correct form, and able to blend all levels while keeping it challenging for those with more experience."
