"Had my dark kitchen cabinets painted white and was told I could use all my old handles and hinges! 3 cabinets do not close and we had Brian out to try and fix problem along with touching up some paint. Contacted owner to let him know in which he had me send him pictures of hinges. He said he would try and find the same hinges.This was the beginning of Sept. Since then I have sent several messages with no reply. I then called after being fed up with no response. Owner proceeded to tell me that all the sudden they found hinges but couldn’t guarantee they would work and if they didn’t I would have to hire a carpenter to fix the problem. Never was this once mentioned when we signed the contract. All my cabinets closed prior to this and I absolutely don’t appreciate how rude the owner spoke to me. We have been more than patient waiting almost 3 months with no response and him trying to justify he was out of the office the last 7 days! WHAT ABOUT THE LAST 2 months prior??? Total waste of 3,600 for my small kitchen and cabinets that don’t close."
