"I had the same problem. My puppy had a hernia she didn’t disclose until I found the stitches. My vet said that is a genetic defect and she should not be bleeding puppies. Now he has a heart murmur; also genetic. Primo prices for non-primo pups and no papers. Doubt he is arc pup."
