"I called about needing a tetanus shot after a minor injury overseas. To start, the pharmacist didn’t know if they had one (they did). After that was sorted, I arrived too close to their closing time on a Sunday (fair), so I was sent to the ER to get the shot within 48 hours of the injury (what I thought my limit was as a non- medical professional). I was informed by the ED that I actually had up to 7 days for the shot and didn’t need to go to the ER after all. I’m disappointed that the CVS pharmacist first, didn’t know what they offered from a very short list of vaccinations. And second, didn’t bother to look up how long I had to take it and, instead, put the burden on the ED to figure out when it wasn’t an emergent situation. To me the pharmacist was unprofessional, lazy and ill prepared or trained. Scary and points go to the ER this round. One star for the pharmacist physically showing up to work. Also, it was really difficult to get through on the phone for a simple question, by design, I’m sure."

"The staff here is always so helpful, the store always clean, and I know they are always going to greet me when I walk in. Over the years I have had help saving money on prescription medication when our insurance wouldn’t cover what was ordered. I have had help with getting the right medication for my mom when the doctor’s sent orders for something that wouldn’t work with her kidney failure. And today I had help learning about another way to save money."

"Have gotten both my Covid vaccines from the pharmacists. Both pharmacists were very friendly, very professional, and very knowledgeable. Get most of my prescriptions here and all the staff are friendly and helpful."

"Went here to get a medicine filled pharmacy tech kara lied and had an attitude and told me my insurance didnt cover the name brand of my medication and tried getting the doctor to switch . I have never had a problem anywhere else and I called my insurance it didnt need a prior approval. They said on a Friday it would be in on their truck and it somehow wasnt on the truck. My doctor ended up sending a new prescription to walgreens. I switched. They ate very rude here. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. Terrible customer service"
