"I took my dog in for a 9 am haircut at this establishment. It was her 2nd visit. I had $25 coupon. I was offered the Senior package. I inquired about the price and was told it would be $70 the same as a full grooming. I was not told that the $70 was after the coupon. I was also told she would be ready around 11. It was 1:30 before she was ready. I will not be returning."
