"We go on a regular basis for socializing our new puppy and to see our groomer. Everyone we run into is always nice and helpful. We absolutely love our groomer and everything she's done so far for Zeke."

"Zero stars. Would love to be contacted by corporate. Was never asked if I needed help. I saw 4 employees. Came in to purchase the best dog clippers. Was looking through the clear glass to see the grooming area to see what they use. And was told to get away, no groomer was present and no dogs present. Was told it wasn’t an area open to the public by a man named Robb. I have 2 dogs who need groomed and Was interested in information. Not now. Never now. It’s a pet store that is over priced, unkind, not welcoming, smells like piss from the second you walk in. Will not step foot in there again. Low stock, again zero customer service. I would steer clear. It use to be a respectable establishment with new cute dog accessories. What a shame. No customer wants to be scolded and not kindly helped."

"Tried using my aunts employee discount since I was buying her dog food, but manager on duty would not allow. Was willing to get her on phone & they did not care. Manager was a bit undesirable himself so not allowing an employee discount from another store is ridiculous. Will never go back to this store. I returned all stuff to another store & re-bought it from that store w employee discount while she was not present."

"Always super helpful and kind employees. I was in a hurry once due to someone calling in sick at work that evening, and the employee understood and helped me despite my somewhat rushed and curt mood. Have been here at least 10 times since moving out this way and very consistently great service."

"We have used Petco for grooming services for our Golden Retriever and Golden-doodle. The groomers were very kind, caring and knowledgeable. Molly is the best! Brooke is excellent as well! Our goldendoodle always looks amazing and the staff seems to genuinely care about their 4 legged clients. We will continue to use Petco for our grooming services. Also the employees at Petco have always been very pleasant and helpful, and I've witnessed them going above and beyond to help customers save money."
