"Taxes with a side of bronchitis. Showed up here and both employees were coughing/hacking and claiming allergies. I realize that these folks are made to work even when they are sick but they didn't have to lie and try to pawn it off to allergies and then in the next breath say they have a mold problem in the office. No matter if it was mold or a preexisting illness, we paid them 300 bucks to do our taxes and now my wife has an upper respiratory infection. We should have walked out the door right after we walked in and heard the hacking cough. This is the second time that this has happened to us at an HR block. Never again."
