"I started working here as seasonal help. I did not previously know anyone working here. So I believe I have as unbiased of a review as one can give. It was amazing to see what good customer service they have built over the years. This manifested itself in the attitude and longevity of every customer I dealt with. (There was LITERALLY only one very unhappy client the whole season) How rare is that? As I got to know the year round workers; Tim, Becky, Jim & Mary… I came to realize that the honesty and integrity that is exemplified in this business is genuine and sincere. The concern for accuracy and client care exceeds the desire for additional income- I have seen new clients declined for that very reason. If you were declined, I say try again next tax season!! I would work at The Tax Center every season if I could…. We’ll see what the future brings!?"

"If I could give less than 1 star I would. I highly recommend not to use this company for tax purposes. I paid them over $300 to do my taxes to get a letter from the IRS stated I owed $2,600 after an audit because Becky at the Tax Center didn't include all my W2's. I assumed that a tax professional would do my taxes right but instead, they give me refund I thought I was entitled too and a nice letter from the government. Now, 2 plus years later, I have to come up with over $2,000 out of thin air. Jim at the tax center nor did anyone else apologize nor rectify the situation. I am beyond disappointed and will never use this facility again. I suggest you don't either unless you want your taxes done wrong. And to make it worse, I went to go get my taxes and they told me they would write a check to over their screw up and then when I go get my taxes they didn’t give me the check for the late fees and interest. They got an attitude with me and made me feel unsafe and hostile because I wrote an honest review. The worst place I’ve ever done business with"
