"Called a day before I drove to Amarillo from Lubbock to make sure they had a cap and gown to rent in stock before I made the drive ! Drove two hours just for them to say they didn’t have the items I needed . I explained I had talked to someone the day before and the lady there just said I’m sorry don’t know what to tell you. Waisted trip and time. Very unprofessional!"

"Zero. If I didn't have to leave a star I wouldn't. This local office is a joke. Between losing payments, not being able to get a ring right Brandy and Todd are awful to order from in my experience. Glad this will be my last year dealing with them! I would recommend buying from Jostens website before you use these ppl!!! It's been problems for two straight years. Took them 4 shots to fix my kids ring. She didn't even get to wear it her junior year thanks to them! I have over a million views as a Google reviewer. This is one business I would avoid if possible imo! There are local options for letter jackets, rings, and other things they offer"
"Horrible Customer Service!!! The school needs to look for someone else to order from. They never return calls. They lost my son's letterman jacket. 2 months later, still waiting for the "expedited" replacement. Offer zero compensation/discount for their mistakes. This is not the first time I've had issues with this company. When my other son received his letterman, they put the wrong sport on the letter!! Horrible service, lack of communication, horrible lack of detail. Buyer BEWARE!"
"Was told 6-8 weeks, no let’s try 4-5 months. I understand mistakes happen, but when you are the business that makes a mistake and then treats the customer poorly; that’s just ridiculous. 1 star because at least the jacket that finally came in looks nice."
