They even shipped my ring via FedEx. It was delivered in a box, within a smaller box, within an envelope, within a jewelry bag, within a little plastic baggie. Very safe and secure. After a horrible experience at another jeweler in Amarillo Joey and the Graham Brothers team went above and beyond to take care of us. Joey is very helpful, always willing to help, and goes above and beyond to take care of his clients! I have had to bother him a few times to resize our wedding rings and he is always happy to help (even with me apologizing all the time Joey is always happy to help and says that his job is to take care of us and make sure we are fully happy with our jewelry!)
