"The staff and owner here were fantastic. I go to my 9rounds back home but was in town for a conference for two weeks. They let me work out here and I am definitely glad that I did. The workouts were hard but included technique work, and the staff was encouraging and willing to work with me when I came in the last hour before closing. Next time I'm in town, I am definitely coming back."

"Great gym for beginners and more advanced kickboxers. Workouts change daily and there’s always a weekly challenges to keep me motivated and coming back for more. Fun 30min workouts that fit my schedule and fitness goals. Members and Trainers are friendly and respectful! Trainers tailor the workout to your ability and accommodate for any past injury so you’ll never hurt yourself. But if you want to feel the burn, they won’t hesitate to turn up the workout. Highly recommend for all levels!"
