PAW Animal Shelter

"Would not even give this place a 1 star, lady was on phone when we walked in. The smell is so horrible it takes your breath away. We went looking for a cat or kitten. Some others walked in after us and lady on phone decides to deal with them first. Finally takes us back to the cats. She asked why we were looking for a cat. Proceed to tell her because our daughters cat disappeared last Thanksgiving day. Told her we were looking for an inside/outside cat. She was very rude saying why would you want that. And said the cat would probably not stay around and that most of the cats there are inside cats. Seemed pretty strange that if they are inside cats they would be more friendly. These cats all acted scared except for a couple of them. One cat came right to our Daughter and she picked it up. Asked for information on the cat and the lady didn't know anything. Kept saying that she didn't like the idea of us already having a cat disappear so we probably didn't need another one. I will never return to this place or recommend anyone to go there. They are rude and act like they don't even want someone adopting any animals."

"Sandy the lady who owns the place is a dutz , she's only in this for her personal gain of feeling "accomplished" at saving these babies. Even tho she literally barely adopts them out (even tho there are almost 300!!!)"

"This people here are fantastic! They take care of sooo many sweet animals. We were lucky enough to bring home our wonderful Magoo! New faculty under way looks amazing, I'm sure everyone will be happy to make that move."

"Very rude staff, me and my g-ma was waiting for staff to help us walk around, no signs to be seen. We’ve walked to the side to see the dogs and cats, then an older lady in a black jacket rudely talk us that we needed to go up front and have someone to guide us, she kept on walking. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I would never come back here, the three beautiful cats were in a small cage and they’ve had flies all over them. I would like to have an apology from that lady and I want her to say sorry to my g-ma!!"
