"I called Pet Loader and spoke to the friendly co-owner, Evon, who arranged to have us (wife, dog, and I) to visit the factory since we lived only an hour and a half away. Upon our arrival, her husband/co-owner, Bob, and his assistant were ready with several Pet Loaders for us to try. They were extremely patient as we got our black lab accustomed to using the Pet Loader. Bob explained everything thoroughly and pointed out some of the parts that he gets from area businesses.
