"Can't believe the city of Dumas would allow such a mess of a bathroom at the public park. No doors on stalls for privacy. No lighting. No soap or water to wash hands with. No faucet outside. Tells me they have no concern for the children in their community. Looks like a nice park til you use their facilities. Shame on you Dumas"
