"If you are looking for child a dance studio. I do not recommend this one. My child has been with them for 2 months and it’s been noting but problems. They lack organization, communication, and structure. Besides the other problems I had with them since the beginning. What put the icing on the cake is that we drove all the way to Tennessee for my child not to perform because the uniform they had for her was too big. They never did a uniform check and we weren’t aware of this until I waited for my baby to come out of the dance floor and did not see her at all. It’s Tuesday and they haven’t even reached out with an apology. Instead I ask for a meeting and the owner tells me that she will arrange for a meeting and my child is not allowed to come back until we have one. So once again you are punishing my child for your mistakes. also if you would have took the time out to reach out to me you would have known that I decided to pull my child after the incident over the weekend, but none of that mattered. I let the first incident side when you guys were not watching my child in the dressing room and she escaped more that once looking for us on the dance floor, I let the 2nd incident pass when my child missed out on the last competition because of ya unorganized group, but this one no ma’am. We wasted time and a lot of money driving to Tennessee for you guys not to care. I’m highly disappointed and will be seeking some type of reimbursement."
