Needless to say the first service company had told me that they would look into the replacement part and get back to me. I did not receive a response even after another phone call to their office. Now in the middle of winter, the part went out. I chose to call Most, and was pleased with their response to my call, and the repair man was to my home in about an hour. He did what he could to get me some heat till the next day. He returned the following afternoon and repaired the furnace. I am pleased with the service, professionalism and a great repair man. I will choose Most in my next needs of help."

"Needed a water valve replaced, they installed the wrong one and said that was all they had and would come back with the right one. Never showed up with the correct valve, and when asked about it acted like they had no idea. Told me they would have to charge me again to come fix it correctly. I would go with someone else if you want them to finish the job correctly. To this day I still have a quarter turn valve on my hot water which is really annoying to use."

"I had them come and rotoroot this year in March. The plumber didn't show me what was backed up and did not give me an option for a camera view during this appointment. The same pipe is backed up and it is only July. I asked if I could have a discount if I had them come back out and she said it wasn't a service they could guarantee after three months. A prominent business should stand by their work. They charged me double what I paid in 2020 and I asked how much if I had them come back and she said I'd be looking at about $500, which is double what I paid in March. $500! I CAN RENT A ROOTER FOR $99. Save your $ and find an honest company to serve your plumbing needs. Rude customer service doesn't help."

"They came to my house to inspect a leak and told me they would have to order parts, and would be back the following week on Thursday. Thursday rolls around and no plumber. I called only to find out they never ordered the parts, or scheduled a visit to do the repair. Then they quoated me $300 for parts and 8 hours of labor. So I bought $60 in parts and spent one hour fixing the leak myself. Thanks scam artists for the $1000 quote."
