"Just called to get help as our family broke down hours from home, I let it ring for a few minutes and hung up as no one answered. A few minutes later a woman called me back and was incredibly rude yelling that she had a hang up call from this number and then yelled "what do you want?""

"We're new to the area and were looking for an honest repair shop. Well Dixon's was near us and we figured we would give them a try. Called and spoke with Bob( I believe ) and asked if they could look at our car. He said he could get it in and take a look. Well a day later I get the call about the issue. He said that the car was looked at and the repair was done. I asked what the charge was and I was immediately shocked to learn the cost! It was far lower than any other shops that have charged for the same issue. Went to get the car and spoke with Bob's wife, she was kind and professional at all times. This is one shop that I wouldn't have to think twice for our next repair. This is our go to shop from now on. Thanks Bob."
