"I made a purchase and about a week later had a small issue with the purchase. I called the store and spoke with Halie who was great and referred me to her manager Tasha. Both Halie and Tasha were great and very helpful with resolving the issue! They were polite and understanding. Kay jewelers hit the jackpot with these two employees! "To start this off, I would like to mention this is my 3rd time coming to this location. The first 2 times were just ok. We have to come in every 6 months or so for my wife’s ring to be inspected. This last time we had brought it to this location, it was for a repair. We were already annoyed that the repair had to happen in the first place, but then we were “helped” by an employee that did not have great customer service. It was not a great experience for both the drop off an pick up. We will drive farther to a different location to never stop at this one again. Ever. If we had to do it all over again, we would have never stopped here for inspections or to have the ring dropped off for repair here."
