"I was really impressed by the ladies at the front desk. Everything is run by appointment to ensure that each customer does not have to wait and that all concerns are addressed appropriately. They are also very compliant with Covid regulations. I struggled at first with how my new glasses fit, but Jessi is very knowledgeable and after a minor adjustment, I feel comfortable with my new frames. Jessi was also very upfront with the entire process, and is an asset to the practice. I bought my glasses in March (so this review is overdue), but I wanted to make sure that both ladies know that I appreciate their professionalism."
