"Be aware there is a $300+ "facilities" fee just for walking in the door at St. Luke's Urgent Care locations. Spent 5 minutes here to get a prescription written by a physician assistant and received $400+ bill. Same visit at Total Access Urgent Care is less than $100."

"I want to give a big shout out to the young lady sitting behind the desk today as an angry parent got aggressive and nasty with her about the wait times, the receptionist was very pleasant and tried to reason with the man about the online check in and apologized tremendously he continuously called her a liar after she agreed to check him in and offer a 24 hour pharmacy she had the patience of 1000 angels my husband and I just sat there as he chewed her out. We love St. Luke’s and we always come here for our care. I just couldn’t believe how calm she was even after he left St Luke’s has a great employee on their hands with her"

"I am a retired ER nurse who worked in a busy ER in Chicago for over 25 years. I have also been a patient at several ER’s and urgent care facilities here in the Chesterfield area. From the moment I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised about how clean and the waiting room was. The registration person was kind and working very hard to keep things flowing. I had checked in for an 11:40 check in time which I fully understood was NOT an appointment due to the triage process. I arrived early and was brought back to a room before the 11:40 time slit I was given. The nurse who settled me in and took vital signs was kind and listened to me. After several minutes I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner who, again, was kind and attentive. She had already placed an order for an Xray based on my chief complaint of foot trauma. She made sure to inform me that it could be 15-30 minutes for results as the films were sent to a radiologist offsite to be read. When we hit the 20 or 30 minute time, she apologized priofusely for the delay in receiving results but was comfortable dressing the wound (it was actually a bad infection (cellulitis) in my foot) and, from what she could see, no fracture. I was then discharged with a dressing two prescriptions and the promise of a phone call with the results. Within 30 minutes she called with negative results. This type of visit doesn’t always happen in Urgent Care or ER facilities and they are to be commended for their expertise, kindness and overall great care. I read another review that was not so good and saw a lot of mis-information on the writer’s review caused by not reading carefully when booking their check in . I was completely satisfied with how I was cared for at today’s visit. Thanks to all of you and Happy New Year."

"St Luke’s hospital’s staff took great care of my dad’s during his stay for post Covid lungs’ and heart issues. The medical care, the communication, the nurses’ attention to him during his stay were exceptional. He was treated at the 6600 ward - critical care. Thank you St Luke’s and unit 6600 staff! We appreciate you!"

"Not the worst but not the best experience I have ever had, my wife and I went in and she had an appt. We brought our 3 kids as we both needed to be seen, they only take one of us and allowed only 1 child to come back and these kids are very attached to their mom. 48 minutes later and I still don’t even get in and my wife was back there still not seen. My wife went out and asked for an update and all the lady says is you’re next while three people in the back just look their computers and eats. The front desk lady was nice. The nurse was very rude when he took my wife back *Update* Bumping this up to a 4 star as when my wife was seen by the provider she was very friendly and apologetic as she informed her that she was the only one on site and trying to make her way around. I was also not having the best day when writing my review as I had a screaming baby that just wanted to get home."
