"I am a huge fan of Dr. Usry and Heather. They listen to my concerns and take their time explaining the treatment plan to me. HOWEVER, their receptionists leave much to be desired. They RARELY answer the phone. It's not uncommon for me to have to call a dozen or more times and then I'm still lucky if I get someone to answer. You always have the option to leave a voicemail, but they don't return those the same day either. It seems like answering the phone would be the easiest part of a doctor's office, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. Very frustrating."

"Do not recommend. I attempted to reach them multiple times to schedule a new patient appointment, not once could I connect with anything other than a voicemail. I submit an appointment request online, received a computer generated appointment and needed to change. Again, attempted to reach the practice and could never connect with anyone. Rearranged my schedule and took off work to make the auto appointment work. I called the morning of my visit to confirm the address (as they have two locations) and could not reach anyone. I arrived 7 minutes late and was turned away. No call to check where I was or if I needed help finding the office. Nothing. I am shocked that this is the level of "patient care" that this practice deems acceptable."

"Been going here for 6 plus years. The doctor is wonderful. She takes her time with me. Talks to me like I am a real person. I never feel rushed and have not issues referring people to her. I had to seek a new office after not seeing my last dr for over a year. They basically had told me I was going to have to come in as a new patient and would not be seen for several days. I was running a fever and was really sick. Mind you I had been with my last doctor for 18 years. They changed their policies and I dropped them like a bad habit. Dr. Katherine Huhn-Usry is wonderful!"

"First they set us for our initial appt when they took over for Dr Dickerson after she left with an NP without contacting us. I would rather meet the doctor on my initial visit. Then messed up one of our scripts, again not consulting us, then dismissed the mistake as they did their job with absolute attitude. There's no respecting the patients in this office. It's all about making them comfortable not the patients. We'll I happen to be believe without happy content patients there will not be an office. They need a tone of training in ethics, respecting others and their wishes along with how to talk to people. The staff have a god complex. No one can tell them anything. Everyone else is wrong but them. That sort of thing."
