"As a customer of this agency for more than half a decade, I've generally had a positive experience with them in the past. My previous agent Steve retired and handed off the file to a new agent who has been very unresponsive as of late. My belief is that the agency is short handed with agents and with too many customers; hence is unable to provide the level of service they did in the past. Most recently, I submitted a request to review my insurance policies for home and auto as recent costs have significantly increased, after getting no response for several days I reached back out to the agency only to be informed that my agent is on vacation and will be unavailable for an entire month - the review request will have to wait for more than 30 days.... In addition, I was advised that if I need anything earlier I'm going to have to look for a different agency to work with. This response and provided timeframe to me is absolutely unacceptable. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere and I'm saddened to see Sani sink down to this level of deplorable service."
