"Complete Scam. A driver insured by carranaza backed into me several months back (that driver admitted fault on the police report). To date my insurance has not been reimbursed by carranza for the any of the repair costs and has now sent them to collections. If you're looking for a decent insurance company, look elsewhere."

"Personally hate how they close earlier then they advertise. For example Saturdays they close at 4pm but when i get there at 3:49pm no ones there. Wasted time and now i have to wait till monday and they'll also charge me for being late on payments."
