You must understand it takes time and you must call them and ask for escalations over time. They will do it. Yes, form letters go out but they do it and keep it up. They can’t pay your debts. They can help you with letters. So, it’s worth it if you can get it done then lower the monthly program fee. Bottom line, if you think this is an overnight fix, it’s not. But it is a good strategy if you are focus more on clearing up past negatives than dealing with current issues where you are delinquent. I had some disputed and infair marks.
