"Really I wouldn't even give them a 1 star but there isn't a zero. The upper extremities doctor is great. The knee doctors not so much the worst experience I've ever had with any doctors. They canceled every appointment except where we scheduled surgery. And 1 post opp with PA. I'll never use lower extremities doctors here again especially Dr.Jordan Messis"
"I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Not only was the front desk staff extremely rude, but the nurses / PAs do not even budge when they hurt you. Edit to add: I have emailed the email multiple times over the last month + and I have not gotten any update. The nurses will also input false notes in your visit notes."
"Dr. Maxey seemed very caring and so did the nurses. He has a little bit of a old timey type of feel to how he is and what he says, but honestly I like it and I think he gave me a great first impression. Thank you and can't wait to come in a few weeks to see how my broken arm is healing"
"Went with Cookie Evelyn Wilkerson today to see Dr. Maxey .. The entire experience was exceptional honestly the staff so organized, so friendly and the doctor has an amazing bedside manner !! Dr. Maxey is just a lovely person .. kind .. friendly and when we left we felt so satisfied with all our questions being addressed .. made the entire day a complete success .. Thank you Dr. Macey and staff for making the appointment so pleasant and being so encouraging .. my friend left the visit with whole new outlook .. ( Cookie always has a great attitude but the visit made it even better )"
"Wonderful place! Staff very friendly, I had the wrong time in my head for my son's post-op appointment, so we arrived an hour late and after a short wait Dr. Rashid and staff got us in and out with x-rays and cast even with my son not cooperating and my infant screaming. They are great with kids! Would highly recommend!"
